We are in receipt of your letter of the 13th inst and thank you for sending for our inspection the copies of the
We Hingking Code of Civil Procedure and the Evidence Act. now reuturn these documents.
We observe that "matters testamentary" are excepted in the Code (Section 3) and that the Evidence Act does not refer to deeds.

Inasmuch as it will be a considerable undertaking for our client to execute the Power of Attorney before a Notary he lives in the heart of Wales we should be glad if you could tell us whether, if the power were lådged in the Central Office according to the usual practice, the Hongkong Authoritiek é would accept the official copy without further formality.
